Please follow the instructions received by email. No funds will be transferred if the agreement is not received by this deadline.
2-3 high resolution portrait images of you, from which our illustrator can draw a sketch. These should be images that you like of yourself – ideally without sunglasses or a hat, in which your face is clearly visible.
Look at the SOSF guidelines for your online profile. Please ensure that you submit it by the deadline.
Whenever you have a good story, or an interesting photo or video please share it with us so that we can share it on our network. Please read the blogging guidelines.
If you know your paper is going to be published please let us know in advance so that we can prepare the right content to promote it. Even if you are unable to let us know in advance, please always send us your publications so that we can keep them on record.
At least 20 high resolution images (original files) showcasing and representing your project, your fieldwork/labwork, your team, your species, etc… The better these images, the better we can promote your work and profile! Each photograph should be accompanied by a small description/caption.
Please label them clearly: project number_project leader name_date_copyright/credit info.
Please use the SOSF template. The report should include a financial account summary accounting for the use of the funds provided and any media documents (scientific papers, posters, article, videos, web links…) related to your project so that we can include these in our database.
