It’s been a few days since my last post, so here’s a very quick catch-up.
We’re currently on our way back out of Djibouti port after spending one night on land. We went back to re-stock the boat and also we had a small change around in the group that’s on board.
The last few days of our first week we’re not as successful as they could have been for me, but I did manage to shoot some nice topside scenic footage, and also some footage of the sharks feeding and cruising along at the surface.
When back on land, I picked up the replacement camera housing that I’d had sent out. I assembled it at the first opportunity, and everything is working beautifully on it.
Now I just need some sharks.
