It made 3 passes and then disappeared. However, we did observe 5 predation attempts with a spectacular lunge at seals crossing the launch pad. On the way home we encountered a pod of roughly 500 common dolphins, they are such charismatic creatures. We were also lucky to see a Royal Tern (Thalasseus maximus) fly past the boat.
