Our work in research, conservation, and education in Seychelles has since mainly focused on our two gems in the Amirantes group: D\u2019Arros Island and the St Joseph Atoll. ability to work from home or varying locations as and where needed (Employee will be based on Mahe Island but may occasionally be based on D&#8217;Arros for specific timeframes)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated commitment to and passion for the environment and environmental education<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpretational skills &#8211; Ability to respond to difficult, stressful or sensitive situations, strives to maintain good working relationships characterised by respect and mutual regard<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills &#8211; school presentations, stakeholder meetings, outdoor activities, swimming classes and coordinating the D&#8217;Arros experience<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork oriented &#8211; Working closely with the SOSF global team as well as SOSF-DRC<\/li>\n<li>Strong and professional work ethic &#8211;
