Fresh air of the Swiss Alps

26th September 2015

Every year, the Save Our Seas Foundation team meets to discuss the grant proposals and strategy for the Foundation for the following year. This year, we welcomed Dr Dean Grubbs on our team of scientific advisors comprised by Sarah Fowler, Thomas Peschak, Dr Nadia Bruyndonckx and Michael Scholl. In 2015, we decided to meet in a central location for everyone, one of the most famous locations of Switzerland: Zermatt in the Swiss Alps. Under the iconic Matterhorn mountain, we met for a week of discussions and brainstorming sessions, and made the most of the wonderful weather to explore this wonderful region. These annual meetings allow us to meet face to face, to discuss important strategies for the Foundation, as well as evaluate the many projects we are supporting around the world.
